I'm away again this month, prolly not too far away from internets, but expect delays in correspondences for up to a week or so ~

and

apologies for my lack of supportive/random comments over the last year or two, I do log in regular but usually skip my inbox, rarely have time to address anything other than direct queries.

I do keep an eye on things, but at more of a distance.

What a busy year this has been~!

You haven't been hearing much from me lately, hardly any comments - not like me at all~! - this has in fact, been the most productive year, artwise.

There's a lot of material created that isn't on dA, or anywhere else (such as the pretty backdrop), and plenty more in continuing production.
Much may not ever be seen - sketchy concepts, just how I like it :} but will remain influential for further projects.
We'll see more next year.

stay tuned~!

I'll be away on holidays (again~!) for most of this month.

I'm sure to have internet access, but I know from past trips that I won't always have time for it.

From this weekend, I probably won't log in here until I get a day free, which I don't anticipate will happen for a couple of weeks, but you never know ~

Anyhow, although it might seem to be all quiet here, believe me there's a lot of projects in process~!!

quick notice to say that I'll be away for much of next week ~

will still have internets, can't escape it anywhere~!
but my presence here and response to Notes & messages will be delayed, as navigating sites like dA on a mobile device is like tiptoeing through a minefield of clickables~!

Meanwhile, what's in the works at Alacrityland~?
^{Most imminent is the new look THEJETTYJETSHOW has been creating for a sci-fantasy Alacrity; a teaser for her face is above (and more on his own page & blog)

A few other character redesigns on their way, most notably by DarrenGeers. who has also been working on a magnum opus :}

Other character studies/references are in the works, by Cayotica Wotwot and sami-hada, plus concept sketches by Durandus, and something rather different from Bastet-sama

LaceyCrombie and Meiphon have been collab'ing on an extensive pictorial bio, so many amazing sketches~!
Mei is also doing something else, which will simply blow you all away :}

The biggest thing right underway right now is a vid by Smyton4tw's animation team, including the talents of Pagatcha and Poch0010, amongst others.

There's several minisequentials in process, some related, others not, by SapphireGamgee, shinkatana CE-Rap and Nitrox-Marquez

and not least, check out FatalHolds's remarkable 3D compositions~!

Finally it would be amiss to not mention Marcianek and mrpranny, who it seems are always doing things for me, beyond what is apparent here on dA :}

phew, thank god that's over~!

happy new year, everyone, am glad that we're embarking on 2012 at last~!!

the past year was prettymuch a blur for me, good and bad .. the usual childrearing challenges, plenty of travel (the type where we need a holiday after~!), chasing one personal/family drama after another .. wayy too much randomness than is healthy.

so, fini to the most random hectic and trying year in my memory, good riddance 2011 - the year of the 11ama - and not soon enough~!

but at least dA has been nice to me, what limited time I could escape here, and I hope to be more involved this coming year ~
